| 1 | pkg. | (10-ounce) frozen green peas | |

| 1 | Tablespoon | fresh mint, chopped fine | |

| 1 | teaspoon | sugar | |
|

| water | |||
| 
								 | 
						|||
| 1 | tablespoon | butter or margarine | |
|

						|||
| Salt to taste | |||

| Pepper to taste | |||

						|||
Add peas, mint, and sugar to saucepan and cover with water.  Bring to boil and cook 5 to 7 minutes, until peas are tender;  drain.  
Stir in butter, salt, and pepper.  Serve immediately.
